Institutional capacity building is a prerequisite for improving the management and good governance of institutions. The program launched for this purpose will be used to support MEF’s IT department staff in project management with Java under the Eclipse environment.
As part of this mission, Youmann proposed and implemented the following activities:
– Capacity Building Needs Analysis and Proposed Action Plan
– Identification of training needs in Web application development with Java in an Eclipse environment;
– Design of a training offer in response to identified needs;
– Animation of training actions to all agents and computer scientists;
– Initiation and accompaniment of a project of development of Web applications with Java;
– Development of mission reports.
